Meet TheWildTeaGnome
Leslie
Welcome to Leslie’s journey with tea, yoga, and meditation: a transformative path that led her from the chaos of materialism and outward success to a life rooted in stillness and joy.
Through the simple, intentional acts of sitting with tea, moving through yoga, and practicing meditation, she discovered a deeper awareness of self and a more compassionate way of relating to the world.
The tea plant, grounded in ancient wisdom, has become her spiritual guide. Yoga and meditation provide complementary spaces for healing, presence, and connection with nature through breath and movement.
Leslie invites others into these practices where stillness becomes a teacher, and each moment a doorway to beauty and insight.
She holds a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher Certification from Wilmington Yoga Center and is currently completing her M.Ed in Education at UNCW, as well as the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield. Over the last ten years, her tea path has been shaped by many beloved teachers across Taiwan, China, and the US.
